Javier Leon is the Art Director at Vando. He started his career 16 years ago working for the local hometown University and then moved to the videogames industry where he worked with some of the most important companies in Spain and in the UK, like Pyro Studios and Team 17.
After his gaming experience, he developed his career in the commercial and film industry, working for many well-known companies around the world, like Aardman Animations, Laika House, Hornet Inc and Nathan Love. Javier is obsessed about his work, especially with anything that has to do with stopmotion and miniature style.
Hugo is the Animation Supervisor at Vando. He has over 12 years of experience in the sector. Prior to founding Vando together with his two colleagues, he worked for some of the top national companies in film as well as in publicity.
The commercials he animated haven´t stopped accumulating awards.
His passion has turned his work into a hobby to the extreme that he looks for overlaps and lines of action in his 6 year old while he eats his cornflakes.
